Refund and Returns Policy

Codingfever refund policy was created to outline the conditions in which the company will provide a way for requesting a refund and its obligations should such a claim arise. By signing up for one of our services, you are indicating that you accept and agree to all of the terms and conditions outlined in the return policy.

We used all the data to improve the content of our website, inform all members of website improvements, or look into issues with client requests. If you do not want to receive emails from Codingfever in the future, you may let us know in writing by an email or a letter.


Any website that is administered and owned by Codingfever is covered by our return policy.

Scope and Coverage

The refund policy does not apply to websites that are not under the control or management of Codingfever, including any third-party service and product providers that are bound by contract and any third-party websites that are linked from the Codingfever website.

Answering a complaint

Every client request is taken into consideration by Codingfever with the end result in mind. We have a great deal of duty as the clients. When there is service-related discontent, we think every attempt should be taken to find solutions that are completely acceptable. When things have gotten entirely out of hand, refund should be taken into consideration. Codingfever’s ultimate goal is to find a solution that works for all parties. We respectfully ask that you reconsider your decision to file a refund claim if you are dissatisfied. If you are truly interested in receiving a refund, please contact us in writing.

Qualification for a reimbursement

Web/Graphic Design, Website

  1. Full Refund: If the project has not yet begun or the original design has not been authorised, a full refund will be given. After the initial payments, the complete sum will be refunded 180 days later.
  1. Partial Refund: In accordance with our delivery policy, in the event of non-delivery following the initial design style’s approval. The percentage of the return will correspond to the amount of work accomplished.
  2. If the project has been finished and submitted to the server, there are no returns.
    Design of a logo or brochure
    If the project has not yet begun or the original design has not been accepted, a full refund will be given. After the initial payments, the complete sum will be refunded 180 days later.

    Refund in full
    Unless the project has already been started.
  5. An agreement exists for every web programming project. However, the following delivery project will be valid if there is no agreement and no explicit explanation of the return policy.
  6. A partial reimbursement will be determined if we are unable to complete the project in accordance with our delivery policy and contract agreement and based on the problems as reported by the services provider.
    Specialized Hiring
  7. Full Refund: If the programmer, designer, content writer, SEO expert, or other specialist does not begin the project. After the initial payments, the complete sum will be refunded 180 days later.
  8. Proportionate Refund: Up until the point where we get a written request to cancel, the project’s share has already been completed.
  9. No Refund: The services have already been provided and the client is not happy with any aspect of the work, thus we must be contacted or made aware of the situation. Later negotiations won’t be taken into consideration.
    Compliance with the Delivery Policy
  10. Unless the agreed-upon payments are explicit, the project is not deemed to be null and void.
  11. The refund policy is not applicable if the information needed for the project’s effective completion is not provided to us in a timely manner.
  12. Cyber Help India is not responsible for keeping its promises regarding delivery or refunds. If the clients don’t supply enough information at the project’s beginning or if the information they do provide isn’t complete.
  13. Until and unless an agreement is made with a penalty clause for delivery delay, there is no provision for compensation for delivery delay under any circumstances.
